1. Acceptance

By placing an order on VF3D you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products & Orders

• All products are made to order via FFF/FDM or resin 3D printing.
• Product images are representative — minor colour variations may occur due to the nature of filament printing.
• Stock levels are indicative. We will contact you if a variant is unavailable.

3. Pricing & VAT

Prices are shown in EUR. VAT is applied at the rate applicable to your country of delivery at checkout. We are a Portuguese business (PT VAT registered).

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before production begins. By completing payment you confirm the order.

5. Production & Shipping

• Production time is typically 2–5 business days depending on the order complexity.
• Shipping times vary by destination. Tracked shipping is provided for all orders.
• We are not responsible for customs duties for non-EU destinations.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vf3d.eu with photos.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs remain the property of VF3D unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or resell our products without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
